Overview
IPSVR intelligent line voltage regulator is designed for high/lowvoltage regulation in LV distribution grids. Adopting highfrequeney PWM technology, high-performance control chips, andfull-control power electronic components. It uses the mostadvanced control theory and algorithms to monitor and adjust theline voltage in real-time. The device consists of power unit andbypass unit (Automatic bypass, maintenance bypass), which areconnected in series in the power grid. It is easy to install with lowrenovation costs, high reliability, and also provides functions suchas harmonic management, reactive power compensation, andunbalance, compensation.
Working principle
- When the grid voltage is within the normal range, theautomatic bypass is closed, the power unit is instandby state, the load is direetly powered by thegrid;
- When the grid input voltage is low or fluetuates, theautomatic bypass quickly breaks, the invertercompensates a required voltage value, and continuesto provide the rated voltage to the load;
- When the grid voltage returns to normal voltagerange, the automatie bypass closed, the power unit isconverted to standby state, and the load is directlypowered by the grid;
- When the SVR fails or is maintained, the load willautomatically switch to the maintenance bypass Q1,the load is direetly powered by the grid.

For PCB quotation, please provide the Gerber data / files and indication of related technical requirements as well as any special requirement if you have.
For PCBA quotation, please provide Gerber data / files and also BOM (bill of materials), and if you need us to do function test, please also provide the test instruction/procedure.
Q6:What is standard delivery term?
Delivery terms of EXW, FCA, FOB, DDU etc. are all available based on each quote.
Q7:How long does it take for PCB quote?
Normally 12 hours to 48 hours as soon as receive internal engineer evaluate confirmation.
Q8:Do you have any minimum order quantity (MOQ) requirement?
No, we do not have MOQ requirement, we can support your projects starting from prototypes to mass productions.
