Overview
KYN28 ammored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a three-phase AC 50Hz indoordistribution device, which is used to receive and distribute 3-12kV electrie energy and to control, protect and monitor the lines. Varioustypes of mierocomputer-based integrated relay protection devices can be installed on the relay compartment panel of this productThrough the CAN bus control wilh a communication interface, the inteligent control of the system can be realized, with remote controltelemetry, telesignaling and remote adjustment functions. The swichgear has "five protection" functions such as preventing misoperatiorof circuit breakers, preventing the push and pull of trolleys with load, preventing the closing of grounding switches with power onpreventing the grounding switch from supplying power when it is in the grounding position, and preventing the mistaken cntry into thelive interval. It can be equipped with both domestie VSI(ZN63), ZN12V vacuum cireuit breakers and imported VD4 vacum circuitbreakers and VC series vacuum contactors.
Product features
- The switchgear adopts an assembled structure, connected byrivet nuts and high-strength bolts, which shortens the processingand production cycle, makes the parts more versatile, occupies asmall area, and is easy to organize production.
- The handcart has disconnection position, test position andworking position in the cabinet, and each position has apositioning device respectively to ensure the reliability of theinterlocking. It must be operated according to the interlockinganti-misoperation procedure.
- The main electrical components of the switchgear have theirown compartment, that is breaker handcart room, bus-bar roomcable room, relay instrument room. The protection level of eachcompartment shall reach 1P2X.
The switchgear is equipped with safe and reliable inter lockingdevice, which fully meets the requirements of "five protection" functions.
- Pressure reliefs are set above the breaker handcart room,bus-bar room and cable room. When the inner fault air pressure rises,the pressure relief metal plate equipped on the top willautomatically open to release the pressure and discharge the gasto ensure the safety of the operator and the switch cabinet.
- The secondary plug can be plugged in and released only whenthe circuit breaker handcart is in the test and disconnectionposition. Since the closing mechanism of the breaker handcart isocked by electromagnet, the breaker hand cart can only beopened before the secondary plug is not connected, but can't beclosed.
- The switchgear can be equipped with live display device,which can not only prompt the power status of high-pressurecircuit, but also cooperate with electro magnetic lock to realizehe forced locking of grounding switch handle and mesh dooretc., so as to improve the anti-misoperation performance ofsupporting products
- In order to prevent the risk of condensation in climate, heatersare installed in the cireuit breaker room and cable roomrespectively to prevent condensation and corrosion in the aboveenvironment.
- 6*40mm grounding copper bar is separately set in the cableoom, which can run through the adjacent switchgear, and is ingood contact with the cabinet. The copper bar is used forcomponents that are directly grounded.
